By accessing or using HALO Creator Connections Maximizer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HALO is a Chrome extension and web service that helps Amazon Influencers manage and maximize their Creator Connections earnings. The Service provides automated campaign matching, earnings tracking, and scheduling features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate Amazon's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share your account or license key with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
