iPhone & iPad (Safari)

1. Open halomaximizer.com in Safari (not Chrome or Firefox).
2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow pointing up).
3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
4. Tap Add — the HALO icon will appear on your home screen.

Important: You must use Safari. Other browsers on iOS don't support installing web apps.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open halomaximizer.com in Chrome.
2. Tap the menu (three dots in the top-right corner).
3. Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen".
4. Confirm — the HALO icon will appear in your app drawer.

Desktop (Chrome / Edge)

1. Visit halomaximizer.com in Chrome or Edge.
2. Click the install icon in the address bar (or the menu > "Install HALO").
3. Click Install — HALO opens as a standalone app window.

Signing in from the App

When you sign in from the installed app, you'll receive an email with a 6-digit code. Enter the code directly on the login screen — no need to switch to your email browser. The email also includes a magic link if you prefer.

Gmail App Tip

If sign-in links open in the wrong browser, open the Gmail app → Settings → Default apps and change the default browser to Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android).

What is HALO?

HALO (Creator Connections Maximizer) is a Chrome extension that helps Amazon Influencers automatically collect their Creator Connections sales. It scans your storefront videos and matches them to available CC campaigns.

Is my Amazon account safe?

Yes. HALO only reads publicly available data from your storefront and the Creator Connections page. We never store your Amazon credentials or access your account without your explicit action.

The extension isn't working. What should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Make sure you're on the correct Amazon page. (2) Refresh the page. (3) Check that the extension is enabled in Chrome. (4) Try removing and re-adding the extension. If issues persist, contact us.
