How do I find my On-Amazon Store ID?

Your On-Amazon Store ID is separate from your regular Store ID and typically ends with "_onamz-20" (e.g. "yourstore_onamz-20"). Find it in the same Store ID dropdown on the Associates page — it's the one with "_onamz" in the name. HALO's Auto-Detect feature can find this for you automatically.

How do I find my Creator ID?

I have multiple Amazon store accounts — can HALO handle that?

Yes, but only on the Max plan. Max tier supports multiple store accounts, so HALO can scan and accept campaigns across all of your Associates accounts. Basic and Pro plans are limited to a single store account.

Accepted Answer

Your home computer must be powered on with Chrome running and a tab open on the Amazon Associates page. Check that your computer isn't set to sleep, and that the HALO extension is still enabled. A page refresh on Amazon can also re-establish the connection.

HALO isn't finding any campaigns to accept.

Accepted Answer

This is normal if there are no active Creator Connections campaigns matching your products or videos right now. Campaign availability changes frequently — that's why Auto-Pilot is so valuable: it checks automatically at intervals you set so you catch campaigns as soon as they appear.

HALO says 'Unauthorized' when accepting campaigns.

This usually means your Amazon session has expired or your Store ID is missing/incorrect. Try refreshing the Amazon Associates page to re-authenticate, then run HALO again. Also check that your Store ID and On-Amazon Store ID are correctly set in Settings — use Auto-Detect to reconfigure them.

The extension popup is blank or won't load.

Accepted Answer

This can happen if the extension's service worker restarted. Close and reopen the popup — it should reload. If it's still blank, go to chrome://extensions, find HALO, click the reload button, then try again. As a last resort, remove and reinstall the extension (your data syncs from your account).

My scheduled Auto-Pilot runs aren't happening.

Auto-Pilot requires your computer to be awake with Chrome open on an Amazon Associates page. If your computer sleeps, scheduled runs will be missed. HALO found matches but says '0 new campaigns accepted'.

Accepted Answer

This means the matching campaigns were already accepted in a previous run. HALO tracks which campaigns you've already accepted and skips duplicates. This is working as intended — it means HALO previously caught those campaigns for you.

My earnings aren't updating in the dashboard.

Earnings data syncs each time HALO runs. If your last run was a while ago, trigger a manual run or wait for the next scheduled run. If data still doesn't appear, ensure you're signed in with the same email on both the extension and dashboard, and check for any error messages in the extension popup.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If using the installed web app (PWA), you'll receive a 6-digit code instead — enter it directly on the login screen.
